  • Meet with Richard to review design options, building elements and costs.  

  • Review sketch designs with construction budget estimates.  

  • Reserve building lot with initial deposit and preliminary Agreement.  

  • Review and approve final design and budget.  

  • Enter into construction contract for start of work.
